While instructors are in the frontline of the mission to help develop the potential of each child, they need associates who can support them in their endeavor. Each franchised center needs the assistance of the Kumon office.

The Kumon office ensures that each center provides quality instruction and helps in numerous aspects that make each Kumon center a place where any child can highly benefit from. The Kumon office in the Philippines is composed of the following departments.

The Instruction Department thoroughly studies the Kumon worksheets and provides the necessary training for instructors in order for them to have adequate knowledge and skill to guide their students through the worksheets. The Area Development Department looks closely at the factors that affect how a Kumon center is run. They conduct center visits, helps the center continuously improve, and ensures that students can experience only quality service from the center.

The Finance Department helps facilitate the business and government requirements of each center while the Logistics Department makes sure that each center has an adequate supply of worksheets and other Kumon materials at all times.

The Planning and Communications Department organizes events that highlight the achievements of students such as the Advanced Student Roll presentation and those that continuously motivate instructors to keep on learning and improving such as the Annual Educators' Conference. This department also helps facilitate information about the Kumon Method through various publications, advertisements and reading materials.

The Human Resource and Administration Department ensures that all the associates reach their own potential by organizing different activities such as various trainings and worksheet study. It is this department's task to keep all associates like-minded and true to the Kumon dream of Building the Nation through Education.

Each associate is a vital part of the Kumon team, is dedicated to delivering quality service and support to the Kumon centers and is a never-ending self-learner who has also acquired the Life Skills to always look for a better way of doing things.
